We wish to let everyone know that, in case of adverse weather conditions, there will be alternative arrangements for the public programme ‘Writing as Infrastructure: Open House‘.
If, at 12pm or earlier on Sunday 20 July, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or pre-announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, the programme will take place online via Zoom; otherwise, the programme will proceed as planned.
If Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued during opening hours (12–7pm), the subsequent public programmes will be cancelled immediately.
