Internship|Summer–Fall 2026

The Para Site internship programme offers individuals interested in the contemporary art industry an opportunity to participate in the practical day-to-day operations of a non-profit arts organisation located in Hong Kong.

As the organisation celebrates its 30th anniversary, Para Site is undergoing a strategic transition to enhance its organisational and spatial capacity. The internship provides a look into the structure and work of an independently run institution during this pivotal moment. Interns assist the staff of Para Site, gaining first-hand experience in programme management for a variety of stakeholders, research for exhibition and development purposes, as well as educational projects.

Para Site internships are paid, part-time positions. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated interest in contemporary art, culture, and/or history. They should be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programmes, or should be recent graduates.

Candidates are required to commit to a minimum of six months from July–December 2026, for an average of three days per week, or the equivalent of 24 hours per week. Evening and weekend availability once or twice a month for events and programmes may be requested.
