Yoshiaki Kaihatsu
Kaihatsu develops his art from his life, and often upon his own body. For him, it is not necessary that art ‘tells’ a story, as body and life are themselves pieces of art. Setting up installation of abandoned packing foam at Para Site, Kaihatsu gave a performance, Wriggle, outside the art space, packing himself into a bag and moving around on the ground.
