One of the leading figures in Japanese performance art, Seiji Shimoda organizes the international performance art festival NIPAF almost every year. On this occasion, he brings most of the participants in the festival over to Hong Kong and Macau and stages explosive improvisational and experimental action performances.

Co-organized with the Asian People’s Theatre Festival Society.
