Inspired by the concepts of supporting and invisible structures from the exhibition ‘Take Turns’, Hong Kong dancer Andy Lee invites participants on an experimental journey of body exploration. The workshop begins with observing the artwork to spark sensory exchanges, followed by using materials to create a mechanical dialogue between the body and objects. Through group interactions, participants will explore the fluid reshaping of body structures. Using gamified approaches, the workshop seeks to break habitual daily movements and uncover new possibilities of collaboration and adjustment between visible and invisible structures.

- Please wear comfortable activewear and sport shoes suitable for movement.
- No prior dance background or experience is required.
- The workshop may involve a certain degree of physical contact with others.
- Participation is limited to a maximum of 12 individuals.
