To celebrate Para Site’s 25th anniversary this year, we are hosting a special series of live sharing sessions with artists and collaborators to revisit Para Site’s role in the Hong Kong art scene as an independent exhibition-making space and its role for art practice and development.

In this session, C&G (Clara and Gum) will host the ‘Hong Kong Art Quiz’ to revisit their history with Para Site. The quiz will be similar to a game show, where participants will be divided into teams to compete. The history between C&G and Para Site in Hong Kong’s art scene will be presented through this interaction, including rarely known stories. The winning team will win a special prize courtesy of C&G. About C&G Artpartment:

C&G (Clara CHEUNG & Gum CHENG) are two Hong Kong artists who have founded the art space C&G Artpartment in Hong Kong in 2007. With a strong concern over the local art ecology, C&G use their art to respond to social and cultural issues. Their essential goal is to fill up the crack in the current art scene, and allow C&G Artpartment to become an art space for exchanges of ideas. In the past 14 years, C&G Artpartment has curated more than 100 art exhibitions that included more than 120 local artists to respond to the social and cultural issues in Hong Kong.
