Born in 1984, Guangzhou, China, is a graduate of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. She works on canvas and paper with ordinary images in an innocent way, challenging academic art and patriarchy in modern society. Inspired by popular culture such as manga and cartoons, her art expresses sarcasm and rebellion towards mainstream cultural and societal values.
Her works have been exhibited at Edouard Malingue Gallery (Hong Kong), Arrow Factory (Beijing), BANK (Shanghai), Observation Society (Guangzhou), Taikang Space (Beijing), and Import Projects (Berlin). She resides and works in Hong Kong.
