Para Site is thrilled to host Jeff Cheng Tsz Fung, an emerging Hong Kong artist, to engage with our archival materials in our ongoing Studio + Archive Project. The artist will be based at Para Site for two months for intensive research and will consolidate and share his findings bi-weekly via our social media platforms. Para Site is providing the artist with studio space, an honorarium, and health insurance coverage, in exchange for his work to activate the history of the Hong Kong local art scene in the last 25 years.
About the artist
Jeff Cheng Tsz Fung is an artist and award-winning photojournalist based in Hong Kong. Through multiple mediums, his ongoing artistic research is to perform photography as a perceptual experience that affects the condition of viewers and the photographer himself.
