Feigned Innocence: we all look

This is an exhibition that explores looking and being looked at. It is about the give and take between the watcher and the watched, an interplay of power and desire. It is as much about the secret wish to control as it is about the desire to be wanted.

The four rooms in the exhibition will each contain its own narrative inviting the viewers to discover but also to make up their own stories. Stories that tread on the fine lines between spectating and scrutinizing, observing and spying, looking and leering. The exhibition intends to raise questions that relate to human nature and hopefully to help us recognize and to challenge some of our prescribed ways of conduct.

Other participating artists include Julia Burns, Laleeskin, Christian Niccoli, Steven Schkolne, Samuel Adam Swope, The Surveillance Camera Players.
