Join us on Sunday 15 November for the closing reception of Garden of Six Seasons, with guided tours and a talk by art historian and curator Yasmin Afschar on Swiss healer and artist Emma Kunz (1892-1963), three of whose drawings are on view at Garden of Six Seasons. Afschar will also share how Kunz’s importance in art history was rediscovered in recent years, as well as a curatorial project focused on Kunz.

About Yasmin Afschar:
Yasmin Afschar (b. 1985 in Teheran/IR, lives and works in Zurich and Aarau/CH) is an art historian and works as a curator at the Aargauer Kunsthaus in Aarau, one of the leading art museums in Switzerland. Together with Gioia Dal Molin and Gabrielle Schaad, she has been running the nomadic discussion platform LE FOYER – IN PROCESS since 2018. As a freelance author, she regularly publishes in monographs and topical publications, and has also been a member of various juries and commissions, including the Swiss Federal Art Commission, where she was an expert from 2018 to 2019.
The closing reception and talk is supported by the Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong.
