For September’s movie night, PS.Screen will be showing “On the Beach at Night Alone” by Korean director,. The film follows a woman and her introspection, as she tries to work through her emotions, her thoughts, after having an affair with a married man. She travels to a far-off town, to shores, to getaway and get back to a place of clarity and understanding.
The themes of the film are also reflected in Para Site’s current exhibition Crush curated by Qu Chang, which focuses on the feelings of unrequited love and the darkness that lies therein.
